Leica announce Lightroom native tethering

Leica announce Lightroom native tethering with the release of Adobe Lightroom Classic 15.0. Leica photographers can now connect their SL3 and Q3 cameras directly to Lightroom Classic 15.0 without the need for any additional plugins. The new native tethering integration will be available starting from the 27th of October, 2025. Initially supporting the Leica SL3, Leica SL3-S, Leica Q3 and Leica Q3 43. Additional Leica models will be supported in future updates.

Live view function

The live view function with autofocus point selection can now be used directly in Lightroom Classic in real time. Offering precise control over exposure, aperture, ISO and white balance. This marks the first time that Leica cameras have been natively integrated into Adobe’s creative workflow.
